Our Team

Our teachers are the heart of Creek — experienced, steady, and deeply tuned in to what little learners need to feel safe, confident, and excited to learn and grow.

Renee (Nay)

As Director, Renee helps keep our Creek community thriving, tending to the behind‑the‑scenes details while staying closely connected to the magic happening in our classrooms. She’s always ready to jump in, lend a hand, or join the play, because being part of those everyday moments is one of her favorite parts of the job.

Jackie

With her love for early learning and her thoughtful approach, Jackie helps our 4‑year‑olds grow into confident, ready‑for‑kindergarten learners. She’s shaped a classroom full of curiosity, connection, and meaningful skill‑building moments that set children up for success.

Teresa

Teresa cultivates a classroom where our 3–4‑year‑olds can play, wonder, and practice the early skills that prepare them for 4K. She brings patience, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of how young children learn best. Her work helps each child feel capable, curious, and excited for what comes next.

heidi

Heidi’s years of experience shine through in every interaction she has with our Starfish friends. She nurtures a calm, predictable space where our littlest learners can explore, connect, and grow with confidence. Her gentle, caring presence helps each child feel truly seen, supported, and safe to discover the world around them.

Kaila

Kaila provides so much joy and steadiness to our Bunny Room. She meets our 2–3‑year‑olds with patience, playfulness, and a deep understanding of their big feelings and big imaginations. Her classroom is a place where children feel safe to explore, try new things, and discover a little bit of wonder every day.

Renee

Renee brings instant sunshine to any classroom she steps into. She’s imaginative, kind, and wonderfully fun… the kind of teacher who can turn an ordinary moment into a giggle‑filled adventure. Our Creek Float keeps the whole building glowing.

GLORIA

Every day, Gloria fills Creek with the warmth of good food and genuine kindness. She knows how to make children feel at home and how to support staff with a calm, joyful presence. She truly nourishes us in more ways than one.
