As Director, Renee helps keep our Creek community thriving, tending to the behind‑the‑scenes details while staying closely connected to the magic happening in our classrooms. She’s always ready to jump in, lend a hand, or join the play, because being part of those everyday moments is one of her favorite parts of the job.

With her love for early learning and her thoughtful approach, Jackie helps our 4‑year‑olds grow into ready‑for‑kindergarten learners. She creates a classroom full of curiosity, connection, and skill‑building moments that set children up for success.
Teresa
Teresa creates a classroom where our 3–4‑year‑olds can play, wonder, and practice the early skills that prepare them for 4K. She brings patience, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of how young children learn best. Her work helps each child feel capable, curious, and excited for what comes next.

Heidi’s decades of experience shine through in every interaction she has with our Starfish friends. She creates a nurturing, predictable space where 18‑month to 2‑year‑olds can explore, connect, and build confidence. Her calm, caring approach helps each child feel seen and supported.

Kaila brings so much joy and steadiness to our Bunny Room. She meets our 2–3‑year‑olds with patience, playfulness, and a deep understanding of their big feelings and big imaginations. Her classroom is a place where children feel safe to explore, try new things, and discover a little bit of wonder every day.

Every day, Gloria fills Creek with the warmth of good food and genuine kindness. She knows how to make children feel at home and how to support staff with a calm, joyful presence. She truly nourishes us in more ways than one.
